Crest View
Crest View subdivision is Crecent Resources newest waterfront community
opening on March 16, 2002. The community is located off of Hwy 188 on Fairview
Church Road. The first phase consist of 27 waterfront lots with no interior
lots available. Lot prices range from $105,000 to $300,000. The lots offer
a variety of slopes and views with a good variety of trees.
Pine Ridge Pointe
This small Crescent Community opened in late 2001. Pine Ridge Pointe
offers 27 wooded homesites, with 24 waterfront lots and 3 interior homesites.
It is located near the center of the lake across from Keowee Key community.
The lots have lots of mature pines and most are gently sloping. Interior
homesites begin in the $20's and the waterfront homesites range from $80,000

Waterford Pointe
This Crescent Community opened in late 2000 and offers spectacular mountain
